- Start the Key/CSR Generation Process:
Under Administrative Tools, open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager. Then click on the website you want to create a certificate for. On the right-hand side you'll find an icon 'Server Certificates', double click on that. - In the 'Actions' panel, you'll see a link called 'Create Certificate Request...', click on that. This will start the Request Certificate Wizard.
